This hat is focused on the completion and perfection of God and the vision John had in Revelation where he saw the throne of God surrounded by 7 lamp stands, which represented the “7 spirits of God” - Revelation 4:5.

The number 7 has many other meanings in the Bible, including:
Completion: The number 7 can represent a full and complete world, or perfection.For example, God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh day. 
Rest: The number 7 is connected to the idea of resting. The Sabbath, or resting every seventh day, is a way for humans to imitate God and participate in the new creation. 
Association with God: The number 7 symbolizes an association with God. For example, the seven lamps and the scroll with seven seals from Revelation.
Important biblical figures: The number 7 is associated with important biblical figures, such as the seven deacons chosen by the apostles and the seven spirits of God.
The Lord's Prayer: The Lord's Prayer contains seven petitions.
